Video is to have idea about the project name and to give idea of how the apartment and building looks like . Prices vary based on number of rooms, area, floor etc hence its not easy to mention in video . Prices in general range from 65K OMR to 100K OMR and above

Yes, 1 bhk flat can generate about 250 OMR to 350 based on if it’s furnished or unfurnished

If you are traveling alone or with friends I can suggest hotel Larissa or Larissa terrace But with family I would suggest to search other hotel as this one has very steep track to walk on
