Greetings from the US. I love the Australian shark tank show over the US show. There's a lot more positivity and a lot less talking down to the presenters and a lot more professionalism.

Steve definitely hit the nail on the head!... When it comes to business he dosnt f**k around!...he is a no- nonsense guy and thats what i like about him... Iam sure entrepreneurs coming to pitch infront of him must feel a little jittery just by his mere presence..

The husband seemed to think that owning 50% of a company somehow gives a person a "call option" (option to purchase) the remaining shares from the other shareholders, regardless whether the want to sell or not. There surely is no such right. Mind you, I don't know precisely what would stop a company (via ordinary resolution, or special resolution, whichever is required, which proceedings would be dominated by the largest shareholder(s)) choosing to issue millions of brand new shares (perhaps very cheaply, just at their nominal value, without any premium) to the existing largest shareholder(s), thereby diluting the other shareholders to such an infinitesimally small percentage such that their annual dividends are never big enough even to round up to one cent. Perhaps something in a company's articles of association, or a shareholder's agreement, or just statute/regulation, prevents this.

I think that's a bad angle for the product. Majority of parents will only fly once if ever with a baby. Focus on the pram. Or, sell to the airlines.
