FILM SYNOPSIS♡
Underachiever Oscar (Will Smith) is a pint-sized fish with grand aspirations. When mob-connected great white shark Frankie (Michael Imperioli) is accidentally killed, Oscar concocts a story with Frankie's peace-loving brother Lenny (Jack Black) that it was he who murdered the shark. Suddenly hailed "Sharkslayer" by his aquatic brethren, Oscar has bigger fish to fry when Frankie's father, mob boss Don Lino (Robert De Niro), dispatches his henchmen to track down his son's killer.

@BMOJayDolla 🤦🏾‍♂️I’m getting tired of hearing the Nemo comparisons. So I’mma say it again, THERE. IS. NOTHING. SIMILAR. About Finding Nemo and Shark Tale except for the underwater setting. Finding Nemo is about a clownfish finding his son. Shark Tale is about a bluestreak cleaner wrasse (which is the species of fish Oscar is), who lies to gain fame but it lands him in hot water. Two totally different plots! And if Shark Tale is a ripoff of Finding Nemo, then Nemo must be a ripoff of The Little Mermaid, since that movie came up with the underwater setting first. Plus the the underwater setting and characters in Nemo are more realistic whereas the setting and characters in Shark Tale are anthropomorphic

This movie & The Prince of Egypt tie as my # 1 favorite Dreamworks movies. And the reason why I put Shark Tale in that number 1 spot is not only because of the animation, visuals and color textures but also because of the soundtrack, which didn’t have to go so hard. If it wasn’t for Shark Tale, I wouldn’t know about the other cast members other than Will Smith and I wouldn’t be knowing about half the artists on the soundtrack. Not to mention, as a child watching this, I thought it was very impressive that an animated film has a soundtrack that’s predominantly Hip Hop and R&B. Also, this film taught me the definition of gold digger as a kid.

I'm very glad to see somebody enjoy the movie Shark Tale and made this kind of reaction towards the film, and Shark Tale has always been one of my favorite DreamWorks movies ever besides Shrek, Chicken Run, Madagascar, Over the Hedge, Wallace and Gromit, Flushed Away, Bee Movie, Kung Fu Panda, and Monsters vs. Aliens. This is such an awesome reaction of Shark Tale, and I praise it so much and Shark Tale has always been part of my childhood and holds a special place in my heart.

Besides Robots 2005, Over the Hedge, and Flushed Away, Shark Tale is one of those movies that needed a sequel, and if they ever made a sequel, then the main antagonists can be another shark mafia from another reef who seeks to take over Southside Reef by overthrowing Don Lino since he's the one who runs the reef. The movie really needs a sequel just like Robots, Over the Hedge, and Flushed Away does and Shark Tale is such an awesome movie to watch just like any other childhood movies are so awesome to watch. It really is, and it's one of those animated childhood classics.

Honestly, Shark Tale is a movie that I wouldn't mind them doing a remake of...give it better animation and a cleaner story and it would be up there with the better Dreamworks films like Kung Fu Panda and the Dragon trilogy. Even PUSS IN BOOTS sequel was epic.

Hi Rukiya! Awesome reaction! Just have a recommendation 😊 I think you'd love heartstopper or aquamarine. ( you have probably already watched aquamarine 😅 ) Heartstopper is so adorable!! It's a blb ( boy love boy ) show. I prefer it over a lot of blb shows/movies cause it doesn't over sexualize them a lot! It also shows some struggles within finding out your sexuality, being judged, feeling useless etc. But the cuteness makes you forget abt the angst. Aquamarine is a really sweet mermaid movie. It shows how love can be platonic and doesn't always have to be romantic, but it also shows love romantically! It's quite funny and silly too! ( expected cause it was made in 2006 😂 ) it has some sad scenes but they always end with happiness!! You don't have to listen to this but I'd love to see it! Once again amazing video and luv you Rukiya! ❤
