At the end they lost me, they had the offer at 75Cr. valuation and then closed at 30Cr. really. In fact they had to dilute 2.5% for valuation ≥ 50Cr. valuation for 5 sharks deal and i know even sharks might have accept that😅😅

Qulaity of chain is true he found out. My dress chain wasn't working when i received product. But i liked it and suited me well so i replaced it with the help of local tailor . Also it took 1 month to deliver from the date i placed an order. I was almost thought i never gonna receive it.. no any updates in between from the team.

Not a smart decision to reduce valuation when you are getting a bigger valuation upfront. This ll impact their next investor rounds. First thing littlebox should do is hire a proper CFO.
