Deal never closed. Most of Robert's deals don't close - he frequently backs out. Mark is the only one who almost always closes the deal he makes on the show.

Well, "what it is" isn't really relevant to its valuation. Sales and revenue determines value, not the product. The dumbest simplest product could be worth $100,000,000 while the most innovative useful product might be worth nothing if it doesn't sell.

She made all that money off of one purchase order which she doesn’t know if they will reorder, seems more a mistake from the buyer. Also she only owned 50% of her business coming into the tank and if they do close the deal she would be down to 17%.

For those who are unaware. Mark Cuban has a pharmacy in Tx that offers people like me, stricken w severe cancer, a low cost avenue to get our chemotherapy medication. Although I didn't win my war against the disease and will succumb to it, I am so deeply thankful an individual like this is out there helping the desperate sufferers Mark deserves more recognition for the work he quietly does ! Sigh. Another person treating animals like accessories. I couldn't strap a novelty speaker near my dogs' heads. Terrible idea that serves no function.

I was surprised that the pet store did this kind of deal. Though through experience pet owners in general will buy all kinds of crap for the beloved furry beasts. One thing Michelle Winowich didn't think through in this deal. She already had given away 50% of her business through her co-investor. Now she has given away 33% leaving her with 17% of personal ownership. Don't know if this product ever took off with return sales. I never saw this in the stores. And yes I am a pet owner, this product just seems dumb to me. And Michelle just got lucky from the original store deal.

I feel bad for dogs that have this on their neck. They are more sensitive to loud noises. On top of that, it’s a damn gimmick that entertains people than it benefits dogs.
