And I can definitely say, me and my family avoided covid for 2 full years. And then got it not long after we moved home. If only people were more aware nowadays or cared for their own lives and others potentially.. but like, who would put themselves through that, +almost nobody wears masks as of recent, I don't go out much, but that's all I see 😩 (thanks to my WoW Mask)

Yeah mask wearing is at an all time low. Even though the cases must be high. They're not even monitoring them here anymore. I got over it for a 2nd time this year about a month ago and when I tried to report my positive test it wouldn't accept it on the app or the website 🤷‍♀️

I feel like I know more people who got COVID (myself included) *after* the lockdowns ended than I did when the government were actually being strict about it, but lots of internet 'experts' keep telling me it's over

Right?! Plus, I couldn't even report my positive covid test (I got it again for a second time this year and just got over it last week). Idk why we're not able to report our covid tests anymore, what's the point of being able to buy them (can't get them for free anymore) if we can't do anything with the result 🙄

Btw, you say nothing helps you get to sleep.. have you tried putting on water sounds or forest sounds to put your mind at ease or rest to be in a more than clam environment? I've had it like this for years and it almost every time works, however.. before this, we used to have tribal sounding music on, and that helped me sleep so well..

Yeah, so my bedtime ...procedure is: Put the telly on, usually Friends on a really low volume, put the fan (for white noise) on so it aims at my feet ('cause I get really hot/freezing feet at night) and if I'm really struggling, I'll put rain and thunder noises on too. I know it seems excessive noise, but my husband snores really loudly and wakes me up every 15 minutes or so every night lol
