Fan is working But No air is Blowing # 1 Possible reason why 🤷🏻♂️ No Air Conditioning blowing

2 жыл бұрынIn this video we're looking at an easy fix for the reason your vents aren't blowing air. Their are several common causes for your A/C or heat not moving air and I'll give you the run down on many of them. Many of these are easy fix's for your vents not blowing air but their are also a few trickier fix's that require more time and effort. Still though, better than taking it to a shop where they could get into your coin purse.
It doesn't matter if you have digital or analog vents in your car. The cause for your heat not working could be as simple as a cabin air filter replacement. Or it could be as complicated as ripping open your dash.

I got airflow through the defrost and foot vents but no air through the main vents heat or ac I tested the blower motor and it works I have clean cabin air filter

I’m having an issue with no airflow at all hot or cold I’ve replaced my resistor and blower motor. My fuses and relays are all good. My compressor is turning on but still nothing . Anything advice would be appreciated!!

My 2008 Jeep Liberty blows air from the dash and foot vents but none of the front facing vents blow any air, any help?

More than likely you’re gonna find the same situation that I found in this video portions of the gears have came out because the linkage breaks underneath the dash. I’ve got a 2008 Jeep liberty that has the same problem so I’m gonna disassemble it and figure out a solution to repair it hopefully making a solution that’s able to be repaired without disassembling the dash even though I’m going to in the video. Welcome to the channel we’re very happy to have you I wish I had some great advice to give you a will in the future but not at this moment on that specific topic

My driver and passenger foot vents and middle two vents barely blow any air even when on the highest setting compared to all the other vents. The other vents work normally, only my foot/middle two vents are barely blowing any air. Any help is much appreciated!

2014 Nissan Altima. A/C and heat blow intermittently. Changed cabin filter. Can hear fan blowing on a/c or heat and any setting defrost, floor, front vent. Air will blow then stop but can still hear the fan. Keep driving and it will come back on stops blowing then starts again. Sometimes it will last 20 minutes between coming out of the vents and stopping again. Any ideas?

@@oger7961 expansion valve. Shop we took it took knew immediately what it was when I told him it doesn't do it when just the heat is on. He asked if it did it when I turn defrost on. Yes. For some reason your AC compressor comes on when using the defrost. This expansion value was causing the evaporator to freeze up blocking airflow. Was under $200 to fix.

Even when i have my ac or heater off it clicks non stop with no air coming out. I already switched the relay under the hood. Defrost doesn't work either. Any thoughts?

I have a 2001 dodge dakota and the ac don't blow, but when I drive you can feel air coming out but it don't blow hard enough to feel it. When I checked the fuse it's showing the blower fuse is missing could that be the problem?

That’s why it doesn’t blow air out of the vents with the fuse missing. Would be my guess but more than likely somebody removed it for a reason.

I have an 2001 Chevy express blower motor works fine I replaced the blower resistor. I’m pretty sure blend door is working but vents (upper & floor) only blow very very low no matter the fan speed selection. I’m 99% it doesn’t have a cabin filter. Any ideas ?

It has a vacuum leak. So it’s only pull in the door so far that does not have a window or door actuators that are electronic there ran off the vacuum because it’s a van I would imagine the last time somebody took off the dog box they probably didn’t hook the vacuum line up . Of course this is just a guess but a very educated one from past experience

I have an issue with my a/c in my car. It works fine for about 20 minutes then nothing comes out of the vent but the blower is still on? I have verified the door actuators are working correctly. If I reach under the dash, the duct is hot on one side and cold on the other side? Please help. note this car doesn't have dual climate control.

I have a 2013 Buick Verano I got a brand new compressor put in and now no air at all is coming out. The defrost isn’t even working. It’s been recharged and refrigerated. What could be the issue. I paid so much on diagnostics and received no real results

On my 2012 GMC Acadia the air vents in the front console work great in every way, however the 4 rear roof vent for the 2nd and 3rd rows only faintly blow air or not at all. The rear blowing motor was just fixed but we are at a lose on what could be preventing the air from blowing out. Any suggestions?

I replaced my blower motor and my blend door actuator when my ac stopped completely it blows now but the center vents do not blow at all and it’s very low pressure think its a resistor? Or maybe a fuse?

Turn your fan on and if you can remember where the sound normally comes from take your hand and hit around that area if the fan comes on then you need a new blower motor.

Just learned the hard way if you run the fan on high through the car wash it sucks humidity dampness into air filter and materials in air filter expand turn it blue and plug the air flow even after it's dried out it is ruined. Brand new air filters are normally white. probably that's why they turn blue when that stuff expands and filter is ruined. $20 AutoZone. I have 2008 Toyota Camry maybe more prone than other vehicles. Around the fan on high in my 2019 Honda Odyssey and that does not happen.

I have a 1989 Dodge D250 Cummins diesel with AC... The wiring was burnt out - The only wiring left is the Heat / Ac - But I can't get it working. I guess I'll have to scrap it and figure out a new way to wire it. I have an old lever cable to control the vents - and a switch to control the heater motor - I wanted to use the original controls - But ? Then i have to figure out how to get the AC working (I spent $800 on the AC just before it caught fire.

More than likely she has a bad blower motor resistor and possibly a bad blower motor as well hit the bottom of the Motor and if it comes on the motor is bad if it does not come on replace the blower motor resistor

That's correct .I replaced the blower motor because I thought it had stop working.but is doing the same thing sometimes it doesn't blow air out.and suddenly I turn the truck on and it works fine

Blender, door motor. Is defective can’t tell you which one it should have three of them but it’s the one that controls the recirculation valve from the way. I’m understanding what you’re saying.

Hey a question: my 95 Chevy g30 blows air when set to AC, vent, defrost, etc. But when set to heat, the vents stop blowing air. What could this be? Just had the heater core replaced and that wasn't the problem.

depends what kind of car but could be the blend door actuators there are usually 2 on each side and control different things one is vent one is recirculation etc..

My vents aren’t blowing any air unless I bang on the relay, then it only runs on high. Have to do it every time I start it. I hear the blower motor running before I hit it, but have replaced relay and resistor and still having the same issue. It’s a 1993 s10, has anyone ever had this problem before? Also replaced the blower motor, nothing new

Well often times I find that that’s a low coolant situation or possibly the blender door motor is it working if it has dual climate control for both sides
