I keep listening to Dr Shashi Tharoor’s speech despite being a professor of English. This is one of the very best I’ve heard . I aspire to reach this standard and go beyond!

Yeah I agreed With the one who introduced Mr. Tharoor that "Being able listen to him is like securing a degree for yourself". Exactly.
