I've noticed how this dude's workout video have no ads. No bullshit, no bait - it's all about the people working out and getting in shape. Maybe he's made enough, but I just love this guy's passion and energy. He's so genuine which is rare nowadays.

Shaun T is a number one trainer ever. Insanity, T-25, Hip Hop, Dig Deeper. “ Time! this is T-25, my name is Shaun T” that statement at the end of T-25 work out was like a recovery from anaerobic glycolysis by itself.

Your interval training has helped me immensely. When I first started martial arts around 7 years ago ( I was 46-47 at the time), I struggled through my first 2.5 hours of grading. During my 2nd grading I breezed through it. To this day, I still refer to your training. You are the best and thank you

Last time I had cut abs was 10 years ago thanks to insanity. Since then it's been very on and off, good and bad, but never as shredded as insanity. I've started doing it again and man, something about insanity that really makes you pumped up. It's like you're there with everyone else and you wanna keep going not just for you but for everyone else who's pushing hard. It's such a great program, best hiit to this day.

This is exactly what I needed. I woke up just feeling like I didn't have it in me for an early morning workout then a day managing 3 kiddos, but I found this online because I knew I couldn't and shouldn't give up on exercising today and feeling good about myself for doing it. Thank You!!!!

Thank you so very much for this ! I am presently doing T25 and I am absolutely delighted! However some mornings ( like today) it is challenging because of my schedule, and it’s so good to know that I don’t have to skip work out even in days such as this one !

Love these mini work outs! Especially during corona and when I need a quick sweat. Someone else said they like to mix and match them, me too ! I mix in a 5 min one too for a solid 15 mins. Lol. Thanks Shaun! You’re the best. For real.

OMG just finished this workout and I use to do hip hop abs everyday after working a 7-8 hr shift in my 20's here I am in my early 30's after growing up on you and I could not keep up but I know where to turn to when I need to get this body in shape.Hell its been less than 11 years and you look so great! Meanwhile I'm still laying on this floor waiting for the feeling in my legs to return😂

Loved this. I did this circuit 3 times through with 100 skips in between. I used 5kg DB for first round, 4kg DB the second round and 6kg dumbbells for the last time through! Great functional routine, thank you Shaun T!

I've tried many exercise instructors during the past 10 years. I can confidently say you Shaun *are* the real deal. I still have my Insanity DVD I bought many years ago. I don't need another exercise DVD, Insanity is exactly what I need. I have to modify a few moves due to back pain, that said I'm always sweating & in a better mood when I'm done. Thanks Shaun🤟💪

Shawn T I ❤ you. You have changed my life for the better I remember when I was out of shape year's ago. And I was at the half price book store when I bought your hip hop abs. Before I had a hard Time do other workouts and staying committed. Then a few years later you created insanity which I almost died. 😅😅 but kept pushing your workouts has made not only physically fit but my mind set is that you can do anything you put your mind too. I'm looking forward on doing insanity the asylum.

Second week in of doing this workout. It's perfect , quick and easy to follow feeling accomplished. I'm desperately trying to get my body back to how it was a few years ago. The menopause and working in school 2021 leaves me tired , on catch up... This workout gets the job done. 💪🏽😉🙏

Shaun - You did more in 10 minutes than so many young guys in my gym do during their entire 45 minutes "cell phone" workout. These guys do 10 reps of something, then they have a personal relationship with their cell phone for about 2.5 minutes, then 10 more reps, then back to the personal cell phone relationship for 2.5 minutes. It drives me crazy. It is best to finish with one thing and just slide right into a different thing with a different muscle group while the first muscle group recovers. Constant flow, constant movement and done in 10 minutes!

Ugh I had t25 and insanity Rock 30lbs off and now I'm in my second week of insanity max 30 your workouts are legit. Tuff but it's just 30 mins! I'm older now so it's a little harsh for me knees but honestly they feel better this week. Thanks Shaun!
