Shawarma is very famous street food in Pakistan. It is made with chicken cooked on the roastery and wrapped in Pita bread along with salads and pickles. Its bread is very soft and fluffy which is made with all-purpose flour. Today I will show you, how to make pita bread in a very easy manner without an oven.
Written Ingredients:
All-Purpose Flour 1kg
Sugar 2.5tsp
Salt 1tsp
Baking powder 1tsp
Dry Yeast 1.25tsp
Water 2.75cups
Utensils:
