It reminds me the day, when as a little kid I realized the bear not only doesn't look like my Teddy Bear😪but is also dangerous? So, I totally understand this little kid. A bear !!!! I want to give him a bear hug 🤣 Too close.

Mom did not teach her kids properly.

I think it was in the 70s a kid & his Mum were walking down an alley in London, the kid turned round & his mum was gone; she’d fallen into a sinkhole & disappeared. My Dad was one of the Firemen sent to locate the Mum. A Fireman was lowered on a line, he was injured & medically discharged but another Fireman went down around 100’ & could only hear running water below him, they never recovered the Mum. My Dad said the kid went from being hysterical to dead silent & he always wondered what became of him.

@@heathenprepper5822 boy that's a heart wrenching story there, I'll have to look that story up sounds like it's worth reading, and I love that town London is a great place, been there twice and spent about a half a year I'd go back in a heartbeat, and the imperial war museum, and the tate museum are great museums, that town is worth seeing along with york in northern England.

@@bencoss7003 personally I can’t stand London & was glad when we moved out; my daughter lives by Regents Park & my son lives in Camden so I still end having to go back. The Imperial War Museum, Tower of London (especially the Royal Fusiliers Museum inside it) & HMS Belfast are good places to visit; sadly the old London Fire Brigade Museum at Winchester House has shut, that was very good. If you get to York have dinner & a few meads at Valhalla, a brilliant bar. I’ll see if I can find the old report on this incident, I’m still in contact with a few of Dad’s old colleagues & they might have contacts in the job.

Unfortunately my best buddy was put to sleep a few years ago, Degenerative Myelopathy - that was the first time I ever went to the vet to have a family pet euthanized, and one of the most painful things I've had to do, he was like a little brother.
