Just do a dusting every now and then until it grows out. That's what I did. F alladat big chopping.

That part 💀 for the longest I just did a dusting every other wash day then I watched a video that said split ends only get worse & split higher with time ,then I randomly cut off all the withered ends I could see on my blown out hair right before my 1st lace install 💀 but no regrets, it made my hair so full, healthy, smooth & easy to braid. I know detangling will go way faster now without those knotty raggedy ends. Imma just keep protective styling till it grows out again 😂 or until I’m comfortable with the length, I ain’t see it shrunken yet so hopefully I can still get it into a ponytail 😮‍💨

I shaved my hair 2 years ago because it was damaged and it grew back,one day i decided to straighten it and now its damaged and i am not gonna shave it again honestly nor cut it

did you not use enough heat protectant 😭??? im on and off natural (been strictly natural for 3 months now) and the damage usually reverts really quickly unless you used something super hot w no protectant that totally fried it.

Baby her hair wasn’t damaged, she transitioned it before her big chop . Let the perm grow out ( to your liking) then chop it where you want it stop at (her now natural hair) lol

@@sterlingjohnson4307 I agree. it looked more like heat damage than a perm to me. If it was a perm the texture wasn’t consistent it was new growth then bone straight then curly.

I’ve been getting my hair colored, dyed , etc from my stylist for yearrrss & my hair just keeps getting on longer so idk anything about that boo & it damn sure isn’t genetics before you go there. Like I said her hair wasn’t damaged, she transitioned into her original natural state of hair . You know “natural hair” can be damaged too right ?
