Exactly. the men often accuse the women having sex with other men as a way to claim that they’re not the father of the child in question. But very often on this show, and the women never out right deny having sex with multiple partners. But there have been situations where the claims that she only had sex with one man during the timeframe that she got pregnant, and the DNA test proved that the man is not the father, and she is in denial about the results are still continues to claim that he is the father.

I believe she just doesn't like the brother's gf and thought that if the baby wasn't his he would leave her. She probably knows the brother's gf is cheating on him and that makes it difficult for the sister to like her. In my opinion the brother's gf is cheating even though the child is his. You could tell she wasn't 100% sure. Plus she said he's going to take care of the child regardless if the child is his or not. That tells me that she has been with other men and just got lucky that the child turned out to be his.
