@@adrirossi intendevo fare le cose manualmente in maniera autentica..e per la cronaca io sono di Bari e sono andato qualche volta dalla signora Nunzia e molto pulita,imparate a parlare quando sapete di cosa state parlando che se da un video uno riesce a capire determinate cose saremmo tutti professori

@@dog9225 sulla pulizia della signora non nutro nessun dubbio,infatti io non parlavo della signora che sicuramente è una persona pulita e per bene.Mi riferivo al fatto ormai risaputo ,che per là manipolazione degli alimenti,venduti al pubblico ci si deve attenere scrupolosamente alle leggi dello stato che regolano questo tipo di attività.Tutto qui.

@@adrirossi ma certo sono d'accordissimo con te ci mancherebbe solo che credimi non sempre siccome uno ha una cucina in regola o un laboratorio per la produzione degli alimenti fa tutto in regola,anzi nelle cucine dei ristoranti e dei locali in generale molte volte trovi il porcile e condizioni igieniche molto precarie come dicevi tu..invece una persona come Nunzia che se sei fortunato/a la puoi trovare che ti fa l'impasto anche d'avanti a te per me non ha prezzo e autenticità allo stato puro mi ricorda l'infanzia quando si faceva praticamente tutto in quella maniera
