The MCU seems to follow similar tiers to politicians running for congressional seats... The 1st phase is all the favorites. They have the most attention. It's a fresh new start for everything! The 2nd phase is those favorites main competitors. They start off with a little less excitement & notoriety, but they often take the lead. The 3rd phase are those independents. Usually not strong enough to take the lead, BUT, you get some surprise winners! The 4th phase is the "also rans". Often tied to the better performers. That's the only reason they are there really. Most people don't know them, so they just ignore them. They'd rather just have the better performers back.

To answer your question: The big city skyline evokes feelings of apathy and indifference because the majority of us don't give a shit about what happens there or the people who live in it. That's the cold, harsh reality.

This was an easy one, Marvel! Not only was it easy, but it checked off all the boxes for a “strong female character” that you so desperately want to push for. Firstly, She-Hulk originally became gamma powered because she needed a blood transfusion from Bruce, which he gave reluctantly. HOW THE FUCK CAN BRUCE JUST MAKE SOMEONE LIKE HIM? A huge point of Hulks character is that many if his enemies want to capture him to find out how to do just that, because for reasons unknown, just replicating the scenario that turned Banner into the Hulk usually doesn’t work. But Bruce can just do it no problem now? Also, She-Hulk LOVED being a hulked out version of herself. It brought on a huge boost in confidence as well as power for her. So much so that she actively prefers to remain in her hulked out form. Even more so, it propelled her lawyer career by leaps and bounds. What the fuck is all this talk of wanting to be an “Anonymous Lawyer? In fact, what kind of Lawyer WANTS to remain anonymous?! There was a million and one ways to make this great. Maybe She Hulk is being hunted for to be used to make more like her, maybe she lets the confidence and freedom go to her head and has to learn control or maybe she needs to save Bruce from some enemy. ANY of these would work for She-Hulk. But instead they decided to do….Sex and the City: She-Hulk edition?

Hulk is huge and violent because hes an alternate personality that Bruce developed as a child to take the beatings and abuse he suffered from his psycho father. (Ang lee Hulk had that part right, not becoming absorbing man but the crazy violent father bit.) She hulk doesnt have a hidden sub personality, she just becomes more un-inhibited, possibly because she grows 3 feet, gets a super model body, her skin doesn't break and she can throw a car like a frisbee.
