“I really decided, no - I will do it on my own. I don't need the surgery, and I will do it.”
A serious accident left Veronique with a shattered vertebra. Doctors insisted she would need surgery - pins inserted into her spine - or face the prospect of never walking again. Though struggling with intense pain, she rejected surgery as her only option.
When a friend introduced her to Dr Joe’s work, Veronique became inspired. The meditations gave her a practical foundation for beginning her healing journey. Despite constant warnings from doctors - which at first filled her with fear - she practiced quietly every morning and evening in her hospital bed.
Soon, Veronique no longer needed pain medication. Mystical experiences followed, where she could feel her vertebra rebuilding itself. She finally walked out of the hospital - unsteady but confident - something doctors said was practically impossible. A short time later, Veronique sought a second opinion - and new scans showed her vertebra had healed.

@@justkeepswimming6549 stop waiting. start being! 🙂you can heal today. in the next meditation or just in the next random second...accept what is - one of the missing parts, that´s so important - don´t fight with life you have right now. let everything go - be open and get in a joyful state. keep that joyful state as often as possible and crete a new identity. The Meditation is also not important - more important is the feeling and state of presence - let go of all thoughts as good as possible. Meditation is jsut a tool, to get to this state. Good luck! We all can do it! It´s more easy, then our minds and ego think. You alreday did it! Let´s go!

I was scheduled for a spinal fusion back in 2013. Two of my disks L4, L5 had no fluid. My spine was also unstable. I received three long distance, energy healings and was able to cancel my surgery within 8 months. I’m an energy healer, and I have pretty good success with people having back and spine issues. Just using a meditation would also work like the lady in the video did. We can heal ourselves. Love meditation 528 Hz would also be very helpful. Any one of his meditations/advanced meditations can do the Job! I do several different ones myself. The Breaking The Habit of being yourself meditations, you are the placebo meditations, Center of the Magnet program/Meditations, any of the Blessings of the energy centers meditations, Love the Life You Love meditation, Courageous Heart meditation. Focus on the space, being the space, loving yourself, loving your body, seeing yourself as healed, relax into the pain, grateful, joyful, inspired, invincible, magical etc. until you feel it in your body. I have manifested miracles myself. When you feel the energy/emotions you are sending out powerful signals to the all that is!! I hope you find healing and wholeness! Many Blessings to you!

MrsScott01 is right. This question is answered at retreats and in other forums you may not have seen. It is not the particular meditation, but the consistency, determination and belief that makes the magic. And yes of course, there will be times of doubt and fear….it is persevering and overcoming that fear, how ever many times it takes. You are FAR more than you think you are. Have courage, find beauty and contentment in all the many beautiful and wonderful things around you… the sun, the rain, a comfortable bed, the smell of coffee/bread/whatever, birds, trees, the sky/stars/ocean. Whatever can spark joy and happiness in you. Kindle and nurture those feelings so that they supersede the fear/anxiety. You are already amazing, like Veronique…maybe you just don’t know it yet? I send you much love ❤

Don't have expectations, Breath relaxed, deep and rhylthmic. Enjoy the process. Keep it simple, praise your efforts. Your attention is your energy. Remember that!

Resonates, fixed my spondylilothesis that I had symptoms of since about 12, at home on my "own" following this protocol after reading becoming supernatural and using the guided meditations, with everybody around me telling me I'm crazy and putting a lot of resistance. So far, it is just anecdata. Has someone independent verified and compared the X-rays of the vertebra in question after the accident, that was the basis of the diagnosis to perform an operation and the X-ray after the self-healing by meditation!?
