I am in a similar situation. The only thing that helps is literally killing my old self and ego and just become this new character. Full of positivism, good vibes, energy, new hobbies, social and talkative. One that always hunts for an opportunity for a good talk, makes the other person laugh. I was deeply stuck in this victim why me mindset. 10 days ago i woke up and felt like the aliens had abducted me while i slept and said to myself - no way not like this. You have to bring your energy back. The one that made them fall in love with you. I offer my time and presence and if she does not want it i am so fine with it. Fully detached now from the outcome. That does not mean k dont miss her or stopped loving her. I do but in a much healthier way. Theres literally nothingshe can say or do to hurt me. Cause the old relationship is over. We can either build a different one or move on. It was nothing but a decision.

I can still see weakness in my BPV, and you know it when your micro tone, micro expressions, and feelings is a bit effortful. I am grateful for your free contents. Without them i would not be able to spoke last night my wife and i for about 5-6 hours without without arguing but healing some years of emotional damage. It was such an healing experience as i listen to her poured out what was really bothering her and what affects her over the years. for the fist time i can remember i listen, without victimizing, and making it all about me. This happened after she put up some walls of resistance.

These videos have helped a lot. Still seperated with my fiance, since nov 1st and staying in separate rooms, but we are talking now, and I have improved my communication skills. I'm not really talking about the relationship, as she doesn't have that safety and trust anymore. I stopped playing victim and owned up to my old ways, but it's still a lot of resistance. Ignoring stone walling etc but the active resistance has stopped because I stopped the negative feedback loop and im learning to change my interpretations of the passive resistance to be an opportunity to understand just how hopeless she likely feels and not judge or blame her for it. Im In the process of joining the program now. Next zoom call with Jason is tomorrow. Can't wait to change my life permanently regardless of the outcome with my relationship

My wife of 16 yrs gave me divorce papers in january of this year, i cheated on her in end of 2022. She thinks that im still cheating now. Hi Geoffrey. I've watched a lot of your videos and the content in this one is very good. The editing is too much tho. There are some cuts where you only said 2 or 3 words. It feels unauthentic. This video can be longer, it doesn't have to be perfect. I imagine you've hired an editor at this point. Tell that person to let the video breathe more. Your viewers are in a serious dilemma and they are fine listening to a few ums and studders. The pace of the video isn't calming or convincing, it's too frantic. Thank you so much for what you do! Geoff, he has left 3 years ago - I have tried being steady, no pressure, just loving. Now he has revealed he's met someone and has been physically intimate with her. He's planning on moving in with her in the near future. I am giving up.

Is it still worth it if the person already said, they’re happy and relieved?. They have given up and will not try anymore. He has moved out. It happened a few times already, the moving out and coming back but I think this time is the last one.

Today I start No Contact for real this time I won’t talk to her unless she contacts me first or I’m asking for my stuff back that she keeps stalling and pushing back for us to talk and give last of r things back. She says this separation will save our bond and love and help us but I feel like it’s all bullshit. She’s became so distant since the break up and I’ve been pushy as I’ve never dealt with heart break like this I hope what she told me was true and she comes back one day and proves she was wrong to leave me. And she’s going out late after work with her friends and forgetting so about me shit hurts.

Saving marriage is different then saving normal relationship, When married you live together and see each other every day and you can try methods and all these skills and interact together, In relationship where everyone lives different places and have no chance to meet and talk, because she refuse or need space...its way harder

How do you know when to stop? Like if your partner looks you in the eyes after 6 years and says she feels nothing? Is any of this reliable or do you accept that at this point you just feel as if you are keeping her hostage.
