Our beautiful Princess Diiaanna Keemmyy is back in Nyambohanse village and the lovely ,beautiful and kind sister BC has welcomed her with a yummy meal. I really love the chemistry between them. I pray that one day BC owns the biggest food outlet in Kenya Africa. Big up yourself girl and may God bless your KZfaq journey 🙏❤

Baby caro you ought to use that table that is behind the new house, use it like a table to prepare your foods instead of preparing everything on the floor, in fact, you could even eat from it with chairs just cover it with something so that it’s not dirty….. you can use it until the Masons come and need it….

The liquid in some canned meats is only to preserve the meat. In this case, the liquid might not be meant for consumption and must be drained and discarded. The same applies to some canned beans and vegetables. Sardines are usually packed in water and oils (which I always drained) tomato sauce, hot sauce, and mustard sauce which you can actually eat and enjoy. Please read the instructions on the cans before preparing the (every) product. Now that you’ve opened it, that water is to be drained. It’s really salty as well.

It is not raw, it is cooked. That is the white meat the chicken has white and brown meat. The breast of the chicken is the white meat, the other parts are the brown meat. You can mashed the chicken from the tin and add seasonings to make sandwiches or salads. I guess you can fry it up with onions, garlic , tomatoes etc. I always make sandwiches or chicken salad from that . Good luck cooking.

@BC, that is boneless chicken as we call it here in Kenya. Next time you go to the butchery, apart from meat, you can now buy boneless chicken and cook a chicken curry to eat with rice or chapati. It's yummy. In Africa, tinned food is good, but only once in a while, because it has preservatives, not good for daily consumption. We associate it with cancer, too. Hence, since all year, we have cheap fresh produce, from farms to markets, then our kitchen, so especially in the villages, tinned food is something unheard of. In towns, at least we balance, especially because of the busy lifestyle.

Baby Caro thanks for the very nice video a suggestion please get a Aloe Vera plant and plant it near or in the garden area also you can use the wood ash from the fire place mixed it into a paste and apply to your face or body until it dries up then wash it off you'll be surprised what that can do for for face and pimples it can also be used for putting it on the pots before you cook it protects your pots when you use the ash paste on the pots outside before cooking you won't have to scrub too hard the soot from the firewood comes off quickly hope this helps you.

BC , always pour the meat from the can when you open it. It is dangerous to leave it in the can because bacteria can grow in it and can cause danger to your health.

Once you have opened the tin put the food on another container that tin is poisonous
