I would never hurt anyone but im 48 and still love a girl when i was 20 years old and only was with her for 4 months! True love is forever! I have a female friend who is in the same situation as you are. To tell you the honest truth I don’t get it. There are so many people who you could love and who would love you so, why keep hanging on to something that will never be. You are denying yourself the love that you deserve. Maybe you are afraid to love again so, you won’t get hurt but, you are hurting yourself by denying yourself. God doesn’t want you to live like this by fearing to be loved. Obviously you are not meant to be with her so, you need to be strong and let her memory go and move on. You seem like a sensitive man and women are looking for men like you. I wish you the best..
