I've been no contact and every single video I've watched has told me to stay there until she contacts me. However I decided to listen to a woman (you) this time and I sent her exactly what you said. "I understand how I messed up, I apologize. I agree we need time apart." We both played a big role in what lead to us breaking up which she pushed for. However I sent that and 5 minutes later she called back and we talked. I am not saying we will get back together, but we were mature and very soft with one another about it all. Owned our roles and she and I both are in a better spot. No pressure or anything to hang out but it certainly was a relief to be where we are now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart on this one. I appreciate you.

@@antonjelenic8014 - It wasn't long. Maybe 3 weeks but I felt the need to apologize for things I said. We still are not together and won't be and I'm 100% ok with it and allow me to explain. After stepping back and really looking at the relationship for what it was, I was believing in something that didn't exist, just in my own head. She is simply not the right woman for me. It's a very hard part to contend with but once you pull your emotions out and look at things objectively, you see things much clearer. Good luck to you!!

@@antonjelenic8014 The biggest, and don't get me wrong the hardest as well, reason I stepped away was because she never apologized for her actions in any capacity. I did elude in my original post she "owned" them but there was no "I'm sorry." More mirroring what I was doing. Any human being that cannot admit fault is not someone I would surround myself with. I feel I was lucky to get out of this with only 9 months invested. Imagine spending years with someone who doesn't know the words "I'm sorry I hurt you." That's one sinister and entitled b**** if you ask me. My advice is this. If they broke up with you, they will do it again. Take the time to heal, cry like hell, and forge a path in life that makes you unstoppable. One person is not essential in your life. Trust me on this. Good luck to you!!

Truth must be told ..when she leaves..for no real reason other than she was unwilling to meet you half way in the relationship. During no contact shes out there getting new sexual thrills..hooking up ..getting off.. When she gets dumped then she comes back around to you. This video helped give a good perspective, i watched it awhile ago and finally was brave enough to put a comment. When my ex dumped me i walked around for weeks thinking i had made mistakes and more, was depressed for awhile, but the time i finally felt i could move on then i was told my a mutual friend that she had started dating a new guy same day as she broke my heart. The pain from hearing that kind of news is the worst pain. The reason im saying all of this is that you might think you did something or something bad, but the truth is if they can move on that fast then they were the issue and not you in the relationship. It might feel like the end of the worls, but it truly isnt. Stay strong, everyone, and remember we all have friends and family that love us. Just had my gf of 6 months recently ghost me. We had our very first small dispute in the relationship (she was in the wrong) and she immediately ran. She never said we were breaking up, didn't say she wanted out, never even hinted that she was unhappy; last text I got from her was "I need time talk when I can" and she blocked me on everything. That was 3 weeks ago. I'm trying to move on and even got a couple dates lined up, but I just can't wrap my head around why she'd discard me after everything we had. Thankfully I kept my dignity intact I never begged, pleaded, or tried getting around the block once. I've given her radio silence, no clue if she'll ever realize what she's lost.

This video is right. The “mature” way to deal with a breakup is to agree “Ok. I agree, we should break up. Take care.” Stand up and leave - don’t try to resist/convince her - just accept the loss in this battle. And walk away. Then No Contact, leave some days/weeks to analyze the relationship, acknowledge your mistakes and briefly apologize (after some No Contact 1-3 weeks). Then forget her and focus on your life: more muscle, more money, more travels, more friends, more hobbies, more girls... Then I would never get her back. Rule #1: if you leave me once, it’s bye forever. Love yourself. But if you want her back, it’s up to you. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Good luck

I broke up with my gf, the relationship was 3 months. She couldn't make time to see me for over a month prior to this she told me something that made me question "why am I with her" and I balled my eyes out on the drive back home. She never gave me the time of day to tell her what was on my mind she even guessed what it was I wanted to talk about. The final straw for me was when she lied to me about where she would be on the 4th and with who she would be with. Not with her parents for her moms B-Day but out with a bunch of friends. She also let some random guy hug her from behind at a pool, his arm was fully wrapped around her. When I messaged her with the picture basically saying "why is he hugging all over you" she gaslit me and said he was standing being me. I had enough of her putting me aside and her lying so I broke up

Guy's if a chic breaks up with you just move on. If she reaches out to you just ignore her. She's most likely playing games. Just focus on yourself and let her go. She probably isn't worth your time and heartache anymore anyway. Ive been in no contact with this chic for almost a year now. Trust me i don't care about her anymore. Hi Anna, I believe in the no contact, however it's complete torture. Without it we won't grow, It's the only way to get back to reality, and get your feet back on the ground. For me it's been 6 months and Everday I realize something else that was an issue. My breakup was not a girlfriend it was a female friend (BFF) that some boundaries were crossed.

Anna, I appreciate your logic,and yes, I agree that she’ll probably contact you at some point by using your method, but I’ve got to say this at 55 and having been around the tracks and in the process broken hearts and had mine broken: if she dumps you, suck it up, accept it’s over, if you haven’t learned to be happy and content being alone, then do so. Once you’ve achieved this,decide on what’s important to you in a woman knowing that perfection doesn’t exist, and start looking again. And if I may add this,speaking of what’s important, in my experience, looks,charm,money,social status,etc.is not what’s really important in the final analysis for a long term relationship with someone,character and sticktuitiveness are. Put another way, with these two traits, she’ll be a good woman and stick by your side when things get tough.

Loved this video! Ages ago a woman had broke up with me , and after a month or so of no contact she started calling me, showing up at my work, etc. It only resulted in casual get togethers, which wasn't really what I wanted, so I moved on. During the breakup period I hung out with friends and just did things I enjoyed. I think if I had initially pleaded with her to stay, I'd have lost her respect. If I had continued to get together with her for casual hook ups I would have lost my own self respect. All in all it worked out since she simply wasn't right for me.

Girl I was dating for three months ghosted me for 4 days after daily contact while I was on a vacation with family. Then we talked and I told her how I felt disrespected. We planned to take a week break from talking and evaluate where we were at a week later. I called her on the date we planned to talk no answer. After that I cut communication 3 weeks later she contacted me. I didn’t respond as I met another girl. Another month later she called me twice in three days then texted me “ you’re the only person I truly loved please call me back.” No response yet from me. I think I’ll just contact her soon and tell her I’ve moved on because it’s the mature thing to do. But If youcan hold on the no contact method does work. I’d say about 75% of the time

I can't help but recognize that, #1 the ways you might get her back are also the ways you should act if, #2 you don't want her back. Most of the time IMO, unless you are married with children, door #2 is the better choice. If you don't follow Anna's advice about the "No Contact" policy's, and continue to "pursue" her love, you are Simping and making everything worse. Ghost her, don't talk to anyone about her, don't bring her up in conversation. Don't let her continue to live in your mind rent free. I know it's a heavy haul when you really love her but you must. If you do ghost her, the ball will be in her court. Let her make her choice, if she has a change of heart and that's what you still want fine, don't chase her.

I've been there.. your natural emotions make you want to text her but you have to fight those off and become completely non-existent to her.. go silent completely!! She will start to wonder about you. . if you're on social media even post pictures of you having a great time without her. Whatever you do do not text her or bug her because she will just feel disgusted with you and push her away further.. This is the perfect example of pushing someone away to pull them closer.. as a matter of fact even during a fight well you are in a relationship with somebody if you go silent it will drive them nuts.. works like a charm.. Overtime if she really is done with you and moves on the trick is because you haven't been texting her you are already halfway over her so it's a win-win

I've been broken up with my ex for a year, and ive been in no contact for 10 months. I reached out a month after saying that I was sorry for part of what i caused on the night that had a bad blowout. Ive been just working on myself, became a Christian back in June. After my final text message to my ex i havent reached out, i forgave her almost a year later, and I have been really happy knowing that ive been doing everything that I can to become a better person then what i was. One of those steps was becoming a Christian and that was one of the best choices that I made for myself

Anna, that's all true. I call it "the power to walk away." If she breaks up, you just say nothing and walk away. Go, no contact, and block her. You need to have that mindset and realize that from the beginning, she's her own person, and if she wants out, you let her go. "Being not afraid to lose her." A real strong man leads and set up his boundaries from the start. Giving each other space in the relationship. I will never take a girlfriend back when she breaks up. Moreover, if she crosses any of my boundaries, I am gone. I even got stalked by my ex. It's crazy!!! All of a sudden, they want to talk, and they will try to track you down. "Tears, you are the only one. How sorry they are... So I 100% agree, but this is very powerful stuff you are teaching the guys... The ladies will not be happy.😂😂😂

What she’s saying is true you can not want her back all for your own selfish purposes she will see it as selfish. She’s built up enough courage and strength to leave you (if you’re the one who messed up). I went no contact with a woman I was in love with at work. (I didn't want to fall in love, it just happened.) I went no contact for about 44 days because the reasons she displayed. (Long story short) She started showing the signs of being rejected and l can tell that she was upset I didn't give her attention. I was very happy because of my accomplishment. for everyone here's the tl;dr - 30 days no contact at all, don't even talk about her with friends, no stalking/cyberstalking - send one message "I'm sorry, I admit what I did wrong, I agree we need time apart" then ACTUALLY get over her and move on so you don't feel sad or that you miss her, and THEN AFTER 30 days you can try going back to her

I appreciate your tips Anna. In my case I cannot use these methods for 2 reasons. 1. I don't want to get back with her. 2. The only possible reason I see where I messed up is I never asked for commitment and we both just drifted away. Two months zero contact. I used to get many heart palpitations thinking of her. I still have her on social media as unfollowed to prevent from seeing her updates. After analyzing the signs I am ok with it now. She dosent want me anymore and I will not beg for any woman. Im happy alone.

So it s not masculinity perse which is perceived toxic by those modern women but men being men ? Is it not a real problem to date now ? No contact is powerful and has worked for me in the past. But some relationships never get back together, so make sure you are working towards moving on during no contact. It will help rebuild yourself to eventually meet someone better if they never come back. It temporarily sucks but in the long run…life is very good!
