As a guy I can add one that fits sort of with the arms back or moving your hand through your hair or over your shaved/cropped head. It does help if you already have some physical fitness development, physical confidence or maybe have just been doing something physical, and that is: if you have a bottle of water (on a hot day preferably since then it is contextually appropriate) take a massive few glugs of it holding your head back, holding the water bottle above your mouth pointing upwards so that big glugs of water are going down your throat, and your throat is exposed, like you are really thirsty (preferably, you actually are, it would probably look weird if you weren't and forcing yourself to drink more water than you wanted - I guess you have to look like you really need that water). I only discovered this by accident but I have spotted women staring at me just as I have come out of that posture of holding my arm up high and my head back to chug back a lot of water. Of course, because women are less likely to be too obvious, as soon as they see you see them they will look away, but you can tell they have just been watching you. Having said that I have never actually done it deliberately, I sort of feel like anything that is premeditated can make you look like a dick too. So basically - exercise, do physical activity and drink water - is probably the basic system 😉.

All of these things came naturally to me. I mean they were exactly as she said.
