Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

At least the folks that were renting the shed admitted they knew what was coming and helped to make an unpleasant event resolve itself smoothly. Hopefully most of your repos go that way but, we've seen the 'dark side'! 🤣The recent 'Grandma Karen' episode come to mind!🤣🤣🤣

Nice Job Josh. They seemed pretty nice and helped you empty it. We had a fence like that but our port were concreted 2 ft in the ground. lol They wouldn't of pulled out as easy as those did. Did homeowner put the fence back? Great job as always!!

It should be practice to take a photo of each shed when placed on the property so when it is repoed you have a photo of what you are looking for.

They were quite nice, thats a recommendable attitude. After all the one moving the shed is not responsible for the situation. However they knew before when the shed would be retrieved and should have emptied it out and removed the fence. I guess you get payed per shed, not per hour?

that nail in the tire reminds me of the time i was cruising down a side road and noticed a roofing contractor had spilled a bunch of roofing nail coils on the curve......Im glad i spotted them in time but some people werent so lucky because many of them were already squished

can I ask a question on sheds . My premier cottage shed has 2 skids 10 x16 do you know how far apart those skids are and how many block the skids should have under them on my gravel base . LOL I can't even back my cub cadet up with the lawn cart on it and here you are wizzing down a street backwards . Your shadow makes you look like the jolly green giant 😀 At least they seemed nice enough . That is an insulated shed WOW do they lower the price on repo sheds I sure hope my she delivery is this easy . Up a hill driveawy and have to go across a ditch that is 8 inchs deep Amazing 1 guy can pick up and deliver a shed geeze giant shed can't be seen on the road but those little flags can

one or two slick tyres (bald) on your trailer there, are they legal? in the UK they wouldn't be, don't forget to pull that nail out, it may not be punctured, better to sort it now if it is punctured than when you have a full load on.

Hi shed-happens, I admire how you give people and chance to clean out there shed and homes. I do give you props for the disrespect you have to deal with and yet you still make good videos for us and wake up ready to work. Sometimes you lose your cool but we are human it happens and you deescalate the situation before it becomes major problem. I would appreciate if you could answer a question of mine if you have the chance thanks have a good day and I speak for all of us when I say good job on another amazing video😁

I've watched quite a few of these. Some, like this one, the property is clean and well maintained. Makes you think they are probably nice people, and due to circumstances, just couldn't make the payments. Others the property looks terrible,dirty, trash every where. No pride, unclean. Not very good people.

Im assuming a 10 wide is a permit load, And i know what a hassle that can be at times or used to be what do you go through like before you have to go get a load like how are you like getting the order days in advance and planning it and permitting it then or how did you mixed loads you know all that kind of stuff or do you just carry a blanket permit
