Up there with best group of the brit pop era. I find a lot of bands who constantly churned out top tunes.

I never got into Shed Seven until now, they were a bit before my time. I'd hear the name occasionally but never looked them up. So many brilliant songs! Like a cross between The Stone Roses and The Smiths. I get the feeling that they're one of those bands who would've been a lifelong favourite if I was a teenager in their heyday.

I worked at a York prop and stage set company with the guy who played the bully in the video. He was their roadie back in the day. He has lost the weight and was a really nice fella.

First time in maybe 20 years that I've listened to it. And it sounds as great now as in the days years ago when I saw these guys play live.

You knocked me off my feet And i fell face first on the concrete I took a blow to the limbs I didn't even know him There's no point in hiding The hate that you confide in The pain that you call your own There's no point in shying From the fists that are flying The boy is on his own You looked me in the eye I bet you thought i was paralysed I took a blow to the chest Now i've been underestimated There's no point in hiding The hate that you confide in The pain that you call your own There's no point in shying From the fists that are flying The boy is on his own I'll fight you to the death I'll fight you to the dead
