This video is just my daily and weekly practice how to stay fit during long and rainy/snowy winter. I am no fan of winter hiking, especially if there is no snow so I came up with this routine and regime how to stay fit with a bit of hiking and some discipline.
This is simplified display. Regular visit to gym or some other activity can drastically improve your results.
