This was such a treat! If the four of you started a podcast that would be great! Yes, can we please retire the ageism against women and get rid of sayings such as 'you look good for your age' and 'age appropriate' dressing?? I couldn't believe Amanda's best thing - Jimmy Carr on Diary of a CEO. I too listened to that podcast on my flight from Canada to London and also was profoundly struck by it. There was something about his story, his life take-aways, his deliberate way of living and working and how thoughtful he was about every aspect of his life that made me want to share the link with everyone I knew.

Brilliant , reminded me of the many great chats I've had with my girlfriends , women are amazing ! We talk about everything , we laugh at ourselves and we embrace life , especially when we get to our fifties onwards , my body can resemble a melting candle but it's strong and healthy and I love it , thankyou ladies , thankyou Jo , your a star 🎉

As a holistic health coach of over 15 years, I loved Jo's chat with the wonderful, knowledgeable and admirable Liz Earle. Loved hearing her mention the difference between biological and chronological age and how she's an impressive 36 years old, biologically. I'm about to turn 40 and underwent various blood tests, scans etc to monitor my health and my biological age is 26. It's incredible what can be achieved through healthy diet and lifestyle! I'll definitely be reading Liz's book. And I've always been a huge fan of Kelly Hoppen, Jo Elvin (I used to own every single copy of Glamour magazine in my 20's) and Amanda Wakeley and it was the biggest treat to see them all share screen time, along with the wonderful Jo Good! Just the best show! Thank you.

I LOVE my Circadian Rythem! Makes such a difference in my sleep. Highly recommend getting outside immediately on waking up and standing in the grass while looking at the sun. Has made a HUGE difference for me.❤ ANOTHER great show with Jo Good!😊
