The part which is having two directional bend cannot be flatten creo parametric accept flange. Swept flange generate two dimensional bend which is difficult to flatten. In this case we consider top sketch dimension for flat pattern dimension. Thankyou.

For datum on off, you have a icon on the top of working area.

At 1.49 how did you reduce the overall length to 170 .( from here to here 170)

I think your sketch get disturb once you modify the dimension. So to solve this problem there is is a specific option available inside the sketch. Just look at on the top of the toolbar. You will find one option called modify. First you add this dimension which is 170. You may get a different value for this dimension. Now you go inside the modify and select this dimension. Below you have two options regenerate and scale. Uncheck regenerate and select scale. Enter the correct value of the dimension which is 170. Now you say ok and will get the dimension with correct value.

In the top of the working area in creo u have set of I icons. You will get datum on off icon within that.

Why to bend
