The sound a motor makes with a manual transmission is so sweet to hear. It's like music being made.
@reddragon15724 ай бұрын
I wish manufacturers could program a slight delay, at the press of a button, for performance cars. To give you that sound of the revs dropping then flying back up, as opposed to the change of the crazy shift time as the revs are held high. For those occasions when you don't need a change at the speed of light, just entertainment from your machine. No non manual can compete with these raw sounds.

Reminds me of the many summer's of my youth that I'd spend with my uncle. He had a 69 Mustang GT 500 and a 67 Chevelle SS 396. Going for long rides to the lake where the only song in the air was that of a Ford or Chevy V8 roaring. Always thought it was funny how often DPS or Sheriff's Deputy would pull us over. They'd squawk for him to step out of the car. They always walked up talking smack to each other, shake hands and/or half hugs, he'd reach in to pop the hood, and they'd spend 15-20 mins talking about....? Ex-soldier stuff. Marine infantry Vietnam, family, work, life, what's been done to this engine, and they each wanted dibs if he ever felt like selling one of them. I never recognized them when they were at the boat docks waiting to go out with for fishing. Lol, only now in my later years did I realize how much more cool he was than what I had already thought. Due to his relationship with all the law enforcement officers in the area, many he had come to know from their mutual service in Vietnam. Apparently doing 4 tours there made you part of an extended brotherhood when you got home. I always wondered why he was able to open up his cars on the road and never got a ticket that I saw. More than one occasion a squad car would come up on us with it's rollers all lit up, pull up alongside, and then both of these madmen clearly regressed to their senior year of high school and proceeded to a rolling burn out and 1/4 mile open throttle display of speed. Both laughing their heads off. I wonder to this day what the regular people on the road thought was going on. Heck they probably all knew who and what was going on. My cousins ended up with the machines. As far as I know they have resisted all efforts to buy either one. Fun times 1979-87 Dallas Texas.

You do realize anyone can go right to your channel and watch the video of your super slow 100mph pull in that pos you drive? It took you like 10 seconds to go from 50-100 😅🤣😅🤣 You might wanna take that down before you go commenting like someone else's car is slow ha! That other one of your super cool clapped out Chrysler 300 powerbraking to do a burnout is also pretty lame. That looks like somebody's moms car. I know that's not the car you drive while you're trying to hate on a Shelby?? 😂🤣

For all you people out there driving automatic…. This is what you’re missing out on!!! Only manual drivers know what I am talking about 😮. I can’t stand pretending racing in autopilot cars. All you doing is steering. Driving manual is an art form on to itself.
