Shey Phoksundo is a remote and pristine alpine lake located in Dolpa, Nepal. It is the deepest lake in Nepal and is situated within the Shey Phoksundo National Park. The lake is surrounded by snow-capped peaks and is known for its turquoise waters. The area is culturally rich, with Tibetan Buddhist influence, and the region is home to the Dolpo people. The lake and its surroundings offer a unique and picturesque landscape for trekking and exploration.
