"Cao" in Chinese is "操". In this case means "fxxk", "damn". Good word with good meaning. We usually say this word everyday, pretty useful. Another similar swear word, "Gan"(幹 or 干, direct translation in English is fxxk) is also a versatile word. You can express almost every emotion with these word("Cao" and "Gan") As for the English word "fxxking", in Chinese, people say "Ta Ma De"(他媽的) or sometimes "Ta Ma"(他媽). The direct translation of the word "Ta Ma De" in English is "his or her mother's". This word is often used as an adverb. For example, "This thing is so fxxking good" in Chinese, this would be "這(This) 東西(thing) 太(so)他媽(fxxking)棒(good)了(Auxiliary word, no meaning)"
