@@kieranray5340 yeah mastema punish the typical exploit enemy weakness multiple time, i found more success beating him with a physical build nahobino as the only attacker and the other demon into fully support or pierce attack his resistance

To be fair. He only gets those extra Press Turns if you hit a weakness or crit him a bunch on a previous turn. You know, those things the game has taught you are basically the only ways to win most fights up to now. It's not quite like (non-remake) SMT3 Mot where he can just decide "Nice starting animation to the boss fight. Unfortunately Beast Eye+Makakaja+Beast Eye+Megidolaon on infinite loop".

Level 150 so Godborn.

It's Godborn hard. This was me trying these fights as soon as I got out of Area 1 so I had no incenses or anything

Endgame is too hard to balance since they give you WAY too much glory, level mitama, and side quests compared to anywhere before so your level will naturally be higher. At max level the strength(especially)/magic build is too damn strong to make the fights fair if I'm being honest I went there at level 79-80 skipping the whole final dungeons enemy encounters and the final bosses actually felt sufficiently hard enough to lose once or twice but not feel like it's so tough it's impossible. It's ridiculous but I'd rather go in slightly underlevel than steamroll the bosses

It was the same way in Vanilla because they just give you too much because it's the last area in the game. Id probably advise against boosting your demons too much either aside from covering resistances and buffs it just seems extreme and can trivialize some of the fights

Some of them got reworked but the old archangels are still the same. It’s not like smt4 where the arch angels are all weird while he still looks like a guy with wings

His design from Shin Megami Tensei II which was used in almost every SMT and Persona game, his Persona 1 design which only appeared in that game and his new design which is from SMT IV:Apocalypse which is the one used here. He seems to be similar or the same Satan from that game who is a servant of the Great Will directly.

Godborn mode. You unlock it from beating Satan. Once you beat him, a miracle that uncaps the level to 150 shows up that costs 999 glory
