Lol so basically this girl took all of SHINee's best features and put them together to create the perfect husband. She used Key's head, Jinki's nose, Taemin's eyes, Jjong's lips, and Minho's body to create the guy that's shown at the very end of the MV. Lol it kind of looks like BtoB's Sungjae to me.
