For me, my vision and purpose is using my experience and platform to shine the spotlight on the Next Generation of Talent.
Taking all that I have learned and applied within my career so far and collaborating with those that have also dedicated their lives to their craft and giving it all back, sending the elevator back down to support those that need it most in paving their way, creating their future.
