Cosas De Kevin 63 It’s mostly the quality that turns me away.. the prices, sure, they can be a little intimidating. But what you get for it: messed up paint, loose joints, sometimes even an outright broken figure.. it’s too much of an expensive hassle. If I’m spending that kind of money, it’ll be on an Xplus.

Yes, SHMA Godzilla is better than Neca Godzilla. Neca probably the accurate one but SHMA is the cooler one

Big Big Difference, surprisingly! NECA are really stuffing the shelves this year & that Fire Godzilla looks awesome! I dunno what im more excited for.. Retooled 1954, 1964, Retooled 1984.. or Fire Godzilla. TOO MUCH.

I've got a weird track record of really selling people on figures they're on the fence about, glad to see i still got it! Heheh Thankfully these guys wont put TOO big a hole in your wallet like SHMA tends to do! But knowing NECA they'll drop Fire Godzilla next month.. SO PREPARE FOR THE WORST!

RandomTraveller 1226 If ya pre-ordered from Big Bad Toy Store or Entertainment Earth, their wait times seem to fluctuate between long and dreadfully long. But the figure did just ship out last Wednesday.. so it’ll more than likely take its time showing up in stores. I just order from NECA directly at this point, every other site takes a dog’s age to even ship.

I have acquired TWO of these figures thus far, and both were defective. The first had a mismatched arm, a second left arm where its right should have been, and the second was missing its dorsal plates (and its paint was peeling). I'm contemplating trying to pull the arm off the second figure and place it on the first, but I'm not sure if their limbs are designed to pop out like that or not. Can my idea be done? Or would I be better off trying for a third figure?

I absolutely think it’s possible! NECA did confirm that they were thinking of what to do for GvK so I can’t imagine them NOT throwing Kong up in there with Godzilla!

You’re gonna wanna hit it with a hair dryer until the joints become a little more workable. Or, soak the arms in hot water for a few seconds. Either way will break up the excess paint stuck between the joints and such!
