After leaving Manihiki atoll the Kwai and her crew sails a couple more days across another vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean for Nassau island. Another incredibly remote island that never receives any tourism. Not many folks know there's a Las Vegas homestay on the remote island just waiting to host any travelers willing to visit! A large ship wreck is even wedged in the channel nearly blocking any vessels from coming or going. This island has the classical castaway feel to it; I certainly wouldn't mind getting stranded in this tropical paradise for a bit of time. My local friend had been for fifty years!
