I have worked for top companies in sw world. Few to mention in HCl. Excellent coders. Udaikunar. Rama. Trs Mk KS. In net manohar. Wu BR. Compiler ramesh. Deepak chopra Radha k. Etc A few only around the world in most sw company. That's just too little for any company in sw industry. So difficult. Shiv is a motivation ardent.

To be very honest... never work with HCL, they have their poor management and never offer a good package... and seems to be stand on last rank in Employee Friendly.. they never care for their resource, and treat their resource as garbage. I’ll never recommend anyone to work in HCL.

Shiv Nadar should open Schools, Colleges and Universities in every district in Tamil Nadu. The Nadars, Iyers and Chettiars of Tamil Nadu have become so successful in Education and Business. Most of the top businesses are owned by Nadars and most of the Educational Institutions are owned by Nadars. Along with the Nadars the Iyers and Chettiars have done very well. Most of the other Tamil castes like Vanniar, Pariar, Tamil Mudaliar and Thevar communities have to come up in education and businesses. Nadars should be a role model and help every other Tamils or else the Naickers and Naidus will become more successful. They make only 3 to 4% of the population in Tamil Nadu but have 8 Ministers in the DMK government. It is a shame to the Tamil Communities. Is it possible for a Tamil to go and become Chief Minister or Finance Minister in Andra. It will never happen. So join the Naam Tamilar Katchi and become one family. Then no one can come near you guys. Tamils are a very powerful race when it comes to bravery, fight and education. However your hatred with each other has made others to come and take over. Join the Tamil Party and become a powerful force in Tamil Nadu, India and the World.
