I'm currently in 11th, and I wanna pursue fashion communication as I'm really passionate about fashion journalism. I've even written fashion content on my blog and have even worked as a fashion guest writer for an Instagram page! I've literally done so much research about this field, about this particular career, fashion schools, but whenever I tell someone I wanna pursue fashion everyone thinks it's just a useless degree and I will end up doing nothing in the end. My parents didn't understand and nothing was under my control and I had to do engineering instead but after almost 8 years now I am trying to do what I want to do still they are not entirely convinced and it's really hard as a girl and you get married and then do your thing talk. But when you know you can do it you will eventually

I'm now doing my 12th class in cbse board and gonna finish in just 6 months. I'm much more interested on doing my upcoming studies on fashion designing. Yes I'm able to do so many on this field and I'll absolutely be great on doing this. But the thing is my parents are not even interested to make me a fashion designer and they even more think that this field is bad and it won't give enough live to my life. So now i don't know what to do to convince them. Even if I say it's a profitable job they do say again no to this fashion designer career. -🐾✨

So thankful for you telling all this , i really was thinking this all but didn't had answers .. and now am more motivated .. more passionate ... Though am just in 11th right now and i took science stream as i was interested in learning about space and animal atonomy ... But i want to have a career in fassion .. ( like i took science cos i was interested in learning the facts but I don't wanna have a career in that ) but my parents are like whats the point of taking science when you going to be (darji ) 😂 ... Why do they think anything related to fassion is (darji ) ... But am motivated in myself .. and i guess this is all it takes to get where i want to ... Thank u ma'am Very greatfull for your help 🙏

Since I was kid I use to love dolls loves to make such dresses for them by myself and I use to say I want to be a fashion designer but then... I use to hear such taboos that there is no money or good career in fashion designe but when ur passionate about it u just can't accept things in the end I just want to be a fashion designer coz this is what I want to do...

Hi di, i have completed my degree in bsc computers but i wanted to choose my career in fashion designing .. as i always wanted to do that since i was 15 ... no one supported or encouraged... but now i gave what my dad want .. he wants a degree and now i wanted to go abroad and study fashion designing but my father told that he can afford only 2 years .. can u plzzz reply about any 2 years course of fashion designing ???
