Took a pain killer, slowly the cramping got cleaned up, but Glenn acted for a moment that he was still in pain, at the end he was easily running between the wickents, pitch eased out. Again Afghans did not take simple catches. Also OZ were trying to make a statement to opponents pychologically by creating a pain type of incident and still winning with three wickets, but you know these conditions now everybody knows better. Afgans are just an inexperienced team.

I met him in real life when he was in Canada. He has tunnel vision and really does not know what he was talking about. He said in an event "Im 41 now, going on 42, and Im still playing with young tallent, and doing good"... his team didnt win a single game, and he didnt score over 30 in any game.

It is easy to comment after the match what AFG could have done to stop Maxwell. But I am very sure had Malik or Misbah been captain, they would have done the similar things. When you are at the field your mind is busy and does not think out of the box.

When they were playing, nobody played innings like what Maxwell did against Afghanistan. Australia had good six hitters when Misbah and Malik were playing too. But Pakistan had pretty good death bowlers who bowled at pretty good pace and good yorkers too. India couldn't stop Ricky Ponting during CWC 2003 final, but he was not playing like Maxwell though, as he had another recognized batsman at the other end

No need to explanation.. people can only talk and nothing else. Man... Glenn Maxwell is unique talented player form his starting and we see, this is not a big deal for him. I have a question - Maxwell scored many boundaries through Cover region as well. So how was Maxwell and to hit with power in the off? Those boundaries went like rocket to the ropes.

Bro.... We shouldn't read too much into it.... Thing is both square and straight boundaries were short.... And highly active hand eye coordination this happens... As we know he had some other sports training as well... Many stuffs like differential weight at lower 1/3 rd of bat etc... Helps to cross mishits to boundaries. .. Afg bowlers if constantly bowled full offside just inside te line with control... Probably.. He would have been under control..
