I grew all the microgreens you see myself.
It is better to tear microgreens by hand, this way all the nutrients are preserved
1 fresh pepper
4 radishes
2 cucumbers
3 tomatoes
a couple of young cabbage leaves
parsley
100 g mozzarella
30 g French mustard
50 ml olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
