In the context that they continued to build to get to that point, a breakdown needs to happen. First they briefly talked about how men and women's roles are in the relationship. (Take this with a grain of salt, this is just my interpretation of what is happening in that snippet). The part where Sadia discusses about how women basically does not want to "guide you all the way" that point touches upon the role of a caregiver. Providing caregiving responsibilities is the opposite of sexual desire. She then talks about what it's like having a good manager and what happens if you're with someone who isn't able to do the job. The incompetency then shifts the women to become more, get things done, goal-driven, needs to have this completed. These are all masculine traits. (They also discussed about masculinity and femininity earlier briefly). The women either needed to compensate for the lack of drive that the man had, and thus the "manipulation" part is where the women had to coerce the man to try to get things done in a certain way that works (hopefully for both of them in a relationship). But when women does it themselves (for the women who are not authentically kind and whole and basically know how to teach them to assist and help), this often leads to resentment and blaming (Oh you can't even do this _____, now I have to do it,etc). It emasculates the man, making the man feel less. (This is very detrimental to the man's self-image and invalidates him). This is where the emotional wounds start piling up. A note that I must say about this entire video is that they are all speaking in VERY extreme cases. In which is not what a healthy relationship is. (That's a completely different topic that they are not discussing here). They are just breaking down the bare bones of what relationships IN A VERY GENERAL and somewhat superficial sense of what a relationship is. People need to be striving for healthy relationships that works for them.

The problem with your comment is women can have a man that they can trust and who is responsible, then turn around and start fooling around with the bad boy who isn’t trustworthy and not responsible. The real issue is women’s emotional state. It changes like the wind and can be completely hostile. Women can have it all and still not be happy because they need to be stimulated emotionally through different triggers. The juice aint worth the squeeze..
