SHOCKING EVP CAUGHT ON TAPE IN HAUNTED ABANDONED HOUSE

In this jolly good episode we enter an incredible abandoned house with pretty much everything left behind. Some items had unfortunately gone missing in the time it took for us to get to do an investigation there but it was still full of the owners belongings. We did a paranormal investigation and caught something we haven't had for a very long time. During and EVP session we captured what sounded like a man grunting or shouting from another room. Elliot did lose one of his socks in the house so if anyone goes there can you please have a look for it? It's got 3 little holes in the ankle part, a picture of a bunny rabbit, and smells a little but like melted plastic mixed with crab apples. Impressed by your genuine desire to capture some real evidence rather than create fake sensation "for entertainment only". I was hooked after watching your indoor camping antics, your giggles, your banter and your valiant efforts to squeeze through tight spaces. You have hit on a great formula of serious ghost hunting together with a natural unintentional comedy element. Never change. When you become huge KZfaq stars and travel more widely don't let the commercial mainstream ghost hunters taint your style.

The reason old fashioned tape recorders work for EVPs is the same as the stone tape theory. It’s the magnetic recording tape, the old stuff

I'm wondering if the old fashion tape recorder may work off a different frequency to any of the modern day equipment. Perhaps this could be why the evp session's are more favourable for evidence than any other forms of equipment! 🤷🏻‍♀️. Just a thought

In my opinion.. The EVP sounds as if it is being whistled into the tape recorder. Also too, as soon as the tape is being reviewed you can see what appears to be an orb and then floats the middle of the screen to the second floor. Very good stuff guys!!

Tape's and vinyl have a much broader frequency scale from very low to very high and digital is a little bit on between, not as low and not as high. That's why I love vinyl and have about 3k. I do have lots of CDs also but prefer vinyl and tapes because CD is the same as mp3.💚💛❤️

Only thing I can suggest regarding the EVP is the medium. The tape deck is magnetic media and the cameras are digital? I always use videotape NV cameras in my investigations (I know old school!)

I think you guys have mentioned it before... can't remember, cuz I'm old...🙄 But "stone tape theory" is one reason I prefer the older "tape recorder" for EVP. My son has a different opinion. He thinks the tape recorder is too easy to have random mechanical or distortion sounds due to the components/mechanics. I get that, of course. He prefers digital recorders to eliminate any risk of that sort of contamination. I'd prefer to use both, simultaneously. If financially able, I'd love to see you try that.🤩 The first time I'd ever heard of the "stone tape theory" was actually decades ago. Allegedly, random noises, movement, activity sounds and conversations were being audibly heard, as well as recorded, in an old, one-room courthouse which was made of stone & plaster. The theory was that the composite minerals in the stone & plaster were similar to the composition of the recording tape. It's one of my favorite paranormal theories.👍 I totally heard that evp. It was like someone yelling as loud as they could from very far away. Not outside "far away", because you would have heard it plainly. But "far away" like another realm, only separated from us by a thin veil.👀 Fascinating investigation, guys!💖 Great EVP captur. Gave me chills!😵‍💫 Much love & many blessings from across the Pond... Stone tape theory means it isn't a spirit, but an imprint left in the material areas, like a video tape replaying. Person or persons don't necessarily have to be dead. They could still be living elsewhere but a STRONG emotion/scene is left behind. It's strange, like residual... same thing, different name. Intelligent haunt is something that actually interacts with you.

The way that I interoperated that EVP was completely different, I heard it as a faint whistle within the same room. I've heard that analogue tape is more likely to pick up on possible spiritual sounds for some reason rather than digital technology, but then there's been plenty of EVPs caught on digital cameras anyway.

The tape recorder you guys' use is analog while the cameras/phone are digital, analog is simpler and i think that's why sometimes those types of voice recorder pick stuff that other form of digital recorders do not.

That sounded like a scream for sure...maybe even from a man. It could've been close, could be that a scream bleeding through from another dimension is loud on their side and distance's as it traveled through the vail if that makes any sense. Great episode, as usual. It's just my opinion but either that REM Pod needs to be replaced or putting in near a window where you will get a lot of temperature fluctuations is not the best of places to put it. Love the EVP (although I still prefer digital recorders myself lol)

Sorry not in chat as mt tendoritus is playing up in my right arm which i have to wait 6 months and 1 week to see a specialist and my back is playing up big time . As i have been taken off my painkillers for morphine patches which are slow releasing so i be glad when i put next weeks on and hopefully everything will ease down again .

Because the new microphones are built to filter out noises like that. The noise isnt necessarily out of the room but maybe a dimension or multiverse away in the same room. I have no idea, nobody does. Elliott, you speak for all of us at 38:35. I love you, you're the bestest!

Think of the EVP as trying to break through from the other side. That's why it sounds so distant or far away. Also, sometimes I think some of the older equipment may be on a different frequency than the newer equipment, which would actually make it better for capturing EVPS.

It definitely looks as though it's been rummaged since Vacant Haven went in there. There are some things missing in that room where the clock is. There were ornaments all along that shelf on the opposite side behind that cobweb which looks like a hammock.
