SDMC4 is a multi-functional CNC tool machine for special milling and drilling cycles on shoe lasts. The machine consists of 5 axes, X, Y, Z, B that move an head with electrospindle and a C axis that rotates the shoe lasts. The B axis angularly rotate the spindle to allow drilling and milling cycles perpendicular to the surface of the last. The rotary C axis moves the lasts allowing drilling or milling on their side. The machine tool is equipped with a tool magazine for 10 tools. Production is made on 2 pairs of roughed and jointed lasts, locked on the toe and heel supports, and consist of various configurable cycles for drilling and milling shoe lasts for injection or automation.
