This past Tuesday, the baseball world had the pleasure of watching two of the best players in the world go head to head to decide the World Baseball Classic Finals. Seeing Shohei Ohtani of team Japan pitch to Mike Trout of team USA was a dream scenario for most baseball fans coming into the tournament, and it happened in the most exciting way anyone could imagine. The hype surrounding this matchup meant a lot of people that don't necessarily pay attention to baseball were seeing the big moment on tv and various social media platforms.
