HELLO friends and family! Thank you for watching our THRIFTING and SHOPPING at The Pink Squirrel monthly sale in Grantsburg, WI! (Third week of the month on Wednesday-Sunday, 9am-6pm). It's a trek for us to get there, but it never fails to be worthwhile. We always have a blast there! You'll see so many vintage items and MCM things that we like! We'd enjoy hearing from you on what you enjoyed!

We've always loved thrifting for our vintage MCM furniture, lighting, dishes and accessories to use and decorate our home since 2005. Our home is constantly changing as we find more fun vintage items at antique and thrift stores in MN and WI. We are very GRATEFUL for your support!

My favorites were the little Hawaiian pineapple at first & the aluminum canisters. I would love to have those in my fifties kitchen. I’m happy that you found those drip glaze items that you love!

I wish I would come across those amber hobnail votives. I like the California pottery you got. It's easy to remember what day of the week I was born because I was born on Thanksgiving 🦃. Thanks for another fun trip to the Pink Squirrel Peggy and Norm and take care ❤

I always laugh when I hear excitement in Peggy’s voice because I know I am about to see something pretty special. That cake carrier was in great condition and such a great price. I just bought a cake carrier last week in white/red with red and yellow flowers around it for $24 and it did not have that nice wire clasp. You really scored this trip!

Hi again, Karen! Thanks for your nice message and request. I know that the word 'haul' would be so helpful to our channel because people love that and most likely search for it. I actually feel very guilty pretending or bragging that we make a haul from thrift stores and antique shops. I feel guilty buying anything this year because my storage areas are full. I'm trying to purge regularly and give back to charity shops. Norm and I love looking and making the videos to share, but we truthfully need to cut back. The most successful channels are probably the resellers who make a haul. I do my best in our videos to show that I've purchased certain things there, but I'll try harder to show those things.
