I stopped using oil in a spray can. I bought a glass spray bottle from Amazon and fill with my own EVOO or Avocado oil. I have not turned back since making that switch. Love your videos! I have learned so much.

Which glass spray bottle did you get? I tried to do that and I couldn't get the spray to come out evenly or barely at all. It's a great idea!

Yep. Smartest way to do it. I have 3 of my oils in such spray bottles (Puzmug brand, #1 best seller on Amazon): olive, coconut, and peanut.

Thanks to you, I have switched a lot of the foods and oils in my life. I always look at the ingredients and now that I have the Bobby Approved app, it’s so much easier 👍🏼

Your knowledge of healthy ingredients is of course of great value and definitely a criteria when choosing food. I think there is even more to your informational food videos. Here's what I mean. I find I get in a rut, buying the same things over and over again, claiming that it's just my "favorite" But is it really? I simply am unaware and basically don't know what I'm looking at when I go shopping. Without any guidance or clue, it's just stuff that I pass over. Thank you for showing and helping the common man that he may be missing out on a good thing!😊👍🌹

Hi Bobby, I was recently diagnosed with a cerebral cavernous malformation, a benign hemorrhagic brain tumor. As a result, I've been advised to avoid emulsifiers. I'm aware the best way to go is to eat only whole foods but that's not always easy to do. Could you please do a video on Bobby-approved emulsifier free pre-packaged products. Thank you! P.s. I'm so happy to see you and your family enjoying your new life.

To me, for that olive oil spray, they were saying it was a single source that you could determine by the lot code (they just probably have several potential sources for each bottle and didn't want to print several different bottles). Not sure though, so am interested on your take.

Use real olive oil in the bottle. I am Canadian (eh), and for many years while I lived in Canada, I bought my olive oil directly from a California grower. It was excellent. I live in Europe and now buy the Italian olive oil. My point is that America has some excellent US produced, high quality olive oil. Find it. 😊

Rice from India and Asia are less in heavy metals such as arsenic, by almost 50%. There is a USA brand, I believe it's Lundberg that test and reports the arsenic levels in their rice. Problem with rice from the USA is that most is grown in the southern US in fields that were formally cotton fields that had decades of pesticides dumped on the fields to control the Boll weevil. Those pesticides are what is causing high levels of arsenic in US rice, where the other countries that didn't use the pesticides don't have the same high levels. Research it for yourself if you are concerned about rice.

Arsenic one problem with rice. The other is rice is HIGH carb, should be avoid by diabetics and low carbers. Doesn't matter where grown.
