But I would watch and apply his cooking videos first!!! then once you got that 2-D feel then anything you read and apply in the book will go super smoother!!. Yes, yes and yes I love that he got a book out even Stevie Wooonder can see that Jen!!. But I already DvR'd a tone of his videos on KZfaq and indexed like today and put them on my "To do list" and purchase and apply the products. Like the last video he had was on Aldi, and I didn't know Aldi has soft sprouted bread-in the blue package-I must have walked by that a million times-until Bobby talked about earlier that week but I looked for it yesterday and it was there sooo I bought 3 loves I felt sooo much happier because it was like 2 dollars cheaper than the Canyon bread at Walmart that he told us to get eons ago. He does! Although I’ve found that the actual counts can vary quite a bit, so I still count the macros myself since ingredients can vary quite a bit. They do help guide you in the right direction though! And even if a recipe has a higher carb count, you may be able to make substitutions to lower the carb count! Good luck!!

Saving the carbs for other things you enjoy like "normal" pizza, pasta, fruits, etc. At least that's what I do. I use monk fruit drops exclusively for that reason too.

I'm not sure if they have the exfoliating face scrub, but I got a few Derma-E products when they were on sale at Whole Foods. They had quite a few different Derma-E lines! Hope that helps! 😊
