Ciao everyone! Today I am sharing how to shop your closet for some Italian style outfits. I created some timeless summer outfits using my travel capsule and wardrobe essentials for Summer. I hope you like them!
On this channel, I share #slowfashion and #sustainablefashion tips that center around how to #shopyourcloset, and restyling pieces you already own. I also spotlight brands that I believe in every now and then. I believe in #creativityoverconsumption, and that we all have the power to be conscious consumers.

I love that you showed how you experiment with romantic style using your classic, minimal wardrobe! It’s such a good reminder that even if a style isn’t a mainstay in your closet there are ways to bring in elements into an outfit with what you already have.

After binge watching like 100 of your shop your closet videos, today I had an idea that might be fun for you to try! I thought it would be interesting for someone to select an oufit inspo, break into to the style elements/hacks and give you this info to shop your closet, only you never actually see the exact outfit that you are trying to recreate. And then at the end we can see how close or far you come to the actual inspiration just by using the same style elements/hacks! Congrats on all your videos, I have been really enjoying them!

I adore Italian style over the more popular Parisian style. My first visit to Italy, i spotted a stylish woman step out of a boutique hotel. She was wearing a body con white eyelet midi dress with black kitten heel and large black sunnies. She carried herself with such confidence!

Really loved this! As someone who spend mest of my time in my electric wheelchair or my sofa this was great. Would love if you did a clip or two of sitting down outfits whether it’s for the office or for other reasons, as well as zoom since that ain’t going anywhere. Working from home is here to stay.

I really loved all your inspo picks! All of them have kind of a sexy, romantic yet relaxed and accessible sort of quality to them. It really resonates w my own style. I’m struggling to dress myself now that I’m pregnant, outgrowing my clothes on a weekly basis, and trying to survive the Texas heat. But these give me some ideas and remind me that simple clothing items can have a big impact if I’m more intentional about styling them.

I have been doing the same with my wardrobe. I’m finally using Pinterest and saving it and then re-creating it out of my closet. I get a Lotta inspiration from you so thank you for that. I have clothes that I don’t need to buy anymore. When you’re in your late 60s even if you’re busy you really don’t need that many clothes. I live in linen when I in the desert. Summertime I am in the mountains and it is in the 70s so I try a country look..that is Layered.

The last outfit is my favourite its the epitome of chic well done! I really liked your adjustments when something doesn't work. I think sometimes we have to figure out our own style before adding pieces in so we know how we would wear them. I have gotten better at saying nope you wouldn't wear that or know how to style it. Also footwear is so important!

Always so inspired by these videos--more than inspired, my confidence in my own choices is boosted. I actually like the first version of outfit #2, the color & silhouette of the sleeves really matched the central focus of the inspiration image. Agree about the necktie is a lot of extra business.
