When creating a zohobooks connection I am not sure of which scopes I am supposed to select. Can you please tell which scopes should be selected before connecting zohobooks?

Hi Bilal, Yes we do have limited support capabilities in terms of answering any questions you may have. We actually started a community for exactly this over at club.zenatta.com/ . There we can answer questions and you can add screenshares to dig a bit deeper if needed.

How does the interaction look when an order is voided or refunded? The standard integration just marks it as invoiced & paid, even when it's not. Wondering how this custom automation works compared to the standard integration? Wondering also how it would work when there is a local pickup?

Hi Mr.StainedGlass! Fro Voids/Refunds, you'll want to set up a separate integration action through Zoho Flow. There are triggers there for most Shopify activities that you can then route into the appropriate place in Zoho Inventory. A refund, for example, would be logged as a credit note. For local pickup, you'd want to make sure a Package/Shipment are still created against that Sales Order in Inventory. An easy way to automate this would be with a small Creator form, where you select the Sales Order, mark it as "Picked up Locally", then a script could trigger to automatically create the appropriate records in ZInventory

Hi, excellent video, I got as far as "connections", my Zoho Inventory has no preloads connections and im not sure what 'scopes" to collect. I just keep getting an error that I haven't selected the right ones.

Hi Josh, great video, I want to know your thoughts on Zoho's rule unders preferences, sales orders, sales order cycle then creating an invoice, package and shipment rule. Is that much different than your method or will it achieve the same thing? i think they rolled this out just recently

I have a question regarding automating the orders in Shopify to Sales Orders in Zoho Inventory --> It is not syncing from my end but to double check where are the orders supposed to be in Zoho Inventory? I choose the option to transfer Confirmed and Fullfilled orders but they are still not transferring.

This is definitely not for a business owner, more for a code monkey. It's a shame Zoho makes it so difficult for a small business owner to use the product without having a dev on staff.
