Wait sir, are you putting the relay coil resistance in series with the output? Please give me a bit of clarification here, because, as I have hypothesised, if you would connect the coil resistance in series with the output, you are limiting the power output of the power supply. It would cause the power supply to be somehow limited to what it is actually capable of, like the dimmed LED at the ending has shown.

It depends on the supply voltage and the load current. It's not a universal solution.
