Scam with Short term rent | Inspection of Urbana Emaar South
Example of a safe partnership for the short term:
You give your property for management to the holiday home company and both of you are sharing the profit. As usually, 20% goes to the management company.
Example of a partnership that can be risky:
You rent your unit to the holiday home company.
They take it from you for a year and pay you rent in 12 cheques.
The company will sublease the property to the tenant and will ask them to pay in 2 or 1 cheque, after that they can run away.
The landlord will stop receiving their monthly rent and will have to evict the tenant.

Urbana is a project in community Emaar South.
There are 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes. Some of them are ready for possession.
