Nice update, Alli. 👍 One thing that should be pointed out vis a vis the shortages is that they seem to have a fairly strong *regional* aspect to them. As in, some ppl in some parts of the country can call *every* pharmacy within 50 miles of hours of home and come up *empty* for their dosage 😭… while others, like me, can have been on a GLP-1 med for 10+ months, and in all that time have never had to call around and have never had to wait more than 2 days to get a fill. 🤷🏼‍♂️ (Knock on wood. 😯) The FDA Shortage List is very ‘one size fits all’, and thus not actually all that accurate for many ppl. But, it’s about the only thing out there giving us any significant data at all (other than things like Ro’s ‘GLP-1 tracker’), so we sorta pay a great deal of attention to it by default.

I have the best luck with a small pharmacy in my area. CVS is worthless. Use a pharmacy that uses multiple distributors and not contracted to just one. You'll have better luck.

Costco has been working perfectly for me. My mother gets delivery from a small family pharmacy and has had no problems.

Walgreen's was awful. I use a hospital pharmacy and have no problems. I even got a three month supply the last time I got my refill

I actually called today and got 10mg MJ from Costco. Walmart also had 10mg available.

I get that the shortage is frustrating, and everybody needs their meds. But for some of us, the shortage ending is not necessarily good news because that means compounding could go away and for more and more people insurance is not covering these medication‘s and therefore compounding is the only option. What we need is both to stay available.

I’ve been on 2.5 Mounjaro since January 20th of this year. All my numbers are great except the weight. Moving to 5 mg this Saturday to see if that works. Quite nervous since I get nauseous quite easy. I will definitely be putting it in my leg. Any other suggestions would be appreciated
